It was competitive at the top this week, as a new series and a new direction for a previous one battled for my book of the week. But there can only be one, so let’s get to that and more in this week’s edition of The Pull.
Book of the Week: Ultramega #1
I love kaiju.
I love James Harren (or…JAMES HARREN! as I call him).
Pair those two together in an oversized, 60 page first chapter colored by Dave Stewart and that is truly all I need for my book of the week. I’d go on more about this, but it’s that simple. Kaiju + James Harren + Dave Stewart = an irresistible comic for me. I’m one million percent onboard here.
