‘Tis the Season for an October Mailbag Q&A, So Let’s Get Some Questions Going!

Folks, it is once again that time. After taking a month off because September was a month of pure insanity for yours truly, we’re back on that Mailbag Q&A beat. What’s a Mailbag Q&A, you may be wondering? Well, it’s an opportunity for you — the kindly subscribers to SKTCHD and/or the patrons of Off Panel — to send me any and every question you might want to ask me for me to answer in a column on the site. If you ever read Bill Simmons’ Mailbags back in the day, it’s basically that, except it’s roughly 1000% more about comics than his were.

The question you might have in your brain, of course, is what kind of questions can you ask? The answer is: Pretty much anything! The most frequent ones connect to what I do to some degree, whether it’s comics and the industry or podcasting and writing. But I’m really open to anything. Want me to power rank the cast of Slow Horses? Looking for my most incendiary takes about the upcoming NBA season? Wondering about my favorite Halloween thoughts, whether it’s related to costumes, candy, or movies? Everything is on the table, and thanks to all the glorious folks out there who participate, you all consistently deliver “everything” in the process of putting this together.

Also, they don’t have to just be questions about real things. I’m all about a good hypothetical. However, this is where I must put my regular note of if the topic is too big for a regular Mailbag column, I might move it to its own standalone piece. That doesn’t happen that often, but it does happen.

If you have a question, you can get it to me by commenting on this post, emailing me at david@SKTCHD.com, or by hitting me up on your preferred social media platform and hoping I see it. You never know with those, though! Social media continues to be completely confounding! Anyways, I’ll be taking questions until October 15th, so make sure to get me whatever questions you may have by then! Let’s have some fun, folks!
