The Pull: A Look at the Comics Dropping the Week of November 17th

Standard supply chain warnings apply, but hey, it’s new comic day! Let’s look at my buys, recommendations, and curiosities from the week of comics, led by a new title by a team supreme.

Book of the Week: Radio Apocalypse #1

It feels like I’ve been waiting for this comic for forever, both because of COVID related delays and because time has ceased to have meaning. But wait I have, because today brings a new Ram V, Anand RK, and Aditya Bidikar joint in the form of Radio Apocalypse. That team plus the concept – it’s a dystopian society type situation, but this tells the tale of the last radio station in the world – feels like the perfect recipe for a classic “light coming from the dark” tale that Ram is oh so good at.

I’ve been so excited for this I’ve waited on reading it despite having a PDF in my inbox for roughly one million years (again, time is weird). I want it in print, and I want it now! This works out for me, as today is release day, which means it’s Radio Apocalypse Day. Let’s get it.
