Fun fact: this month brings the seventh anniversary of SKTCHD and Off Panel. Did you know that? I did not until I was typing at this very post. That’s a long time writing a bazillion words about comic books, but if I’m being honest, it feels more like 20 years.

It’s not just the seventh anniversary of all these things I do, but it’s also the beginning of May, so folks, you know what time it is: MAILBAG TIME. Each month on SKTCHD and Off Panel’s Patreon, I run a question and answer session – my monthly mailbags – in which subscribers and patrons can run any questions by me that they might have in their minds. That could be anything, whether it’s about SKTCHD or Off Panel, writing or podcasting, the broader comics industry or what I’m reading, my MCU on Disney+ hot takes, whether I’d go through with the severance procedure from Severance, how I feel about the dead ball this baseball season, whether realizing I’ve been running SKTCHD/Off Panel for that long caused an existential crisis I am currently crumbling from, or whatever!

Typically the questions focus on comics, but I’m open to anything, whether it’s real or hypothetical. The only ones I won’t tackle typically are ones that are more research projects than anything else…but I might turn that into a larger piece later! (That has happened before) Everything else is open, and the hope for these is that it’ll be a fun and interesting exercise for everyone involved. In short: you bring the questions, I’ll bring the answers!
