I love Letterboxd’s Four Favorites series, those ubiquitous videos that find movie stars, directors, producers, and anyone else really sharing their four favorite movies in brisk, entertaining clips. They don’t just highlight cool movies, but they take viewers inside the brains of their subjects, helping us better understand the roots of these individuals. It’s a simple idea, but an exceptional one.

But as noted previously, one thing I love about the Four Favorites concept is it can translate to anything. While it’s about movies, it could be about comics, if you so desired. And desire I did, which is why at February’s annual conference for ComicsPRO, I recorded Four Favorites videos with an array of folks from comics, with the first debuting a couple weeks back. This second video from the series features Matthew Rosenberg (Spawn, If Destruction Be Our Lot), Pornsak Pichetshote (Absolute Green Arrow, The Lone Gunman), and Gregg Katzman (the Senior Publicity Manager of IDW) sharing four of their favorite comics and graphic novels at this event in Glendale, California.

It’s a lot of fun, as my guests shared great insight into their faves and what fuels their passion along the way. You can watch this video in full below.
