Comic of the Week: Ultimate Spider-Man #1

Even though I’ve read a Spider-Man comic that was partially written by Jonathan Hickman, I’m still so excited and confounded by what I might find when I actually read Ultimate Spider-Man, the first issue starring the character Hickman’s written by himself alone. My prediction is it’s going to be a joyous blast, and something that genuinely surprises me. Pair that with Marco Checchetto’s art which will assuredly be spectacular and Matt Wilson’s colors, and boy oh boy, is this puppy going to cook.
