It’s another big week, although it’s a bit heavier than usual on recommendations instead of buys. But that’s okay! That just means there are a lot of good comics out. Let’s look at what I’m buying, recommending or curious about in the world of comics in this week’s edition of The Pull.

Book of the Week: Frogcatchers HC

It’s a new Jeff Lemire graphic novel, and to top things off, it’s a Gallery 13 release so it’s going to be gorgeously produced and of the highest quality all around. I’ll be honest: I know nothing about this comic besides those two things. It’s going to be well-produced and it’s a Jeff Lemire written and drawn graphic novel. Is that a bit thinner than what I usually know about my Books of the Week? Maybe! But it hardly matters to me because that’s all I need to know it will be great.

So yeah, Frogcatchers. Can’t wait to find out what it’s all about!
